America is a post-truth society where words have lost their original meaning and politicians and their allies in the media actively work to subvert language to push their despotic agenda forward.
On April 27, 2022, the Biden regime rolled out a “Disinformation Governance Board” (DGB) in order to supposedly take on foreign misinformation and disinformation. Though savvy political minds would note that the establishment of this advisory board has an ulterior motive.
The introduction of DGB properly belongs in a polity such as East Germany not a country that fancies itself as a liberal democracy. The good news is that the DGB has been met with fierce resistance.
On May 3, 2022, Colorado Congresswoman Lauren Boebert introduced a bill called the “Protecting Free Speech Act”. This bill’s goal is to abolish the Department of Homeland Security’s DGB, which should be better known as the “Ministry of Truth”, and bar any federal funds from being allocated towards the creation of a government body that carries out similar functions.
Boebert is not alone in pushing for the abolition of the DGB. Kentucky Congressman Thomas Massie has joined Boebert in supporting this bill, H.R. 7641.
Massie tweeted on May 5, 2022, “I am cosponsoring @RepBoebert‘s legislation to eliminate the creepy new DHS “Disinformation Governance Board” (DGB). I assume the DGB is going to be tasked with spreading disinformation.”

It’s a sad state of affairs when such dystopian government agencies are being rolled out in America. But that’s where we’re at in contemporary USA, a polity where the friend-enemy distinction is becoming more apparent by the day.
The Left is playing for keeps. It wants to destroy freedoms such as free speech by muzzling its opposition shut. There is no time for debate with these types.
The Right must understand the political context it’s currently operating in. We cannot convince people with just the righteousness of our ideas. We must score legislative wins that deprive our opposition of power and punish them for their political misbehavior.
