After President Trump rocked Crooked Hillary’s world in 2016, the left fell into a desperate state of panic. In doing so, they allied with many disgraced disreputable war criminals of the deep state. Nowadays, the Left regularly peddles the propaganda of neocons such as Bill Kristol, Max Boot, and Jennifer Rubin because of a mutual hatred of Trump and his ‘America First’ agenda.
But the most sacrosanct icon of all is the hallowed deep state hack Robert Mueller, who lords over the Holy Russian Collusion probe that must be protected at all costs. Mueller, who publicly peddled likes about the Iraq War for George W. Bush while serving as FBI Director, has become a deity of sorts for the deranged leftist resistance. Believing that reality is like a Hollywood production, they have built a fantasy of Mueller as a heroic G man who is just one tip away from cracking open a Russian conspiracy that would have knocked Joe McCarthy’s socks off!
With the appointment of new Attorney General William Barr, the liberals may be crashing back to Earth as the Russia probe is expected to come to a speedy end. The liberal media is already doing damage control preparing their deluded NPC viewers for the soul-crushing disappointment that is likely to come.
Chris Cillizza delivers the death blow to CNN’s bottom-feeding viewers:
“The assumption has long been that Mueller’s report, whenever it came out, would function as a sort of last word on all of this. It would either exonerate or implicate Trump and his closest confidantes. It would, no matter what it said, change the course of Trump’s presidency.
And yet, now that we have at least the possibility of a light at the end of this tunnel, I am more and more convinced that the clarity that so many people want from the Mueller report may simply never come…
Recent polling conducted by CNN suggests that Trump’s negative campaign against Mueller has had some effect: 44% approved of how Mueller had handled the investigation while 41% disapproved in the February poll. That’s down from a 50% approve/28% disapprove number for Mueller back in September 2018.
What numbers like those make me think is that no matter what is in the Mueller report — literally, NO MATTER WHAT — it won’t change the minds of most people following the story.”
The fake news hacks of NBC News see the writing on the wall as well:
“Millions of Americans are waiting for Robert Mueller to give them the final word on whether the Trump campaign conspired with the 2016 Russian election interference effort — and whether their president is under the influence of a foreign adversary.
Millions of Americans may be sorely disappointed.
Unless Mueller files a detailed indictment charging members of the Trump campaign with conspiring with Russia, the public may never learn the full scope of what Mueller and his team has found — including potentially scandalous behavior that doesn’t amount to a provable crime.
The reason: The special counsel operates under rules that severely constrain how much information can be made public.”
The Chicago Tribune admits that the Mueller probe will likely yield nothing, but that Congressional Democrats will keep the witch hunt going until 2020 regardless of the facts of the matter. They explain:
“Predictions for when special counsel Robert Mueller will deliver his much-anticipated report to the attorney general have yo-yoed between days and weeks.
Two things are more definitive: In January, Mueller extended the grand jury for an additional six months, and many pieces of the probe will continue well past its conclusion, be it two weeks or two months from now…
In several cases, additional information could still flow to prosecutors — like the recently indicted Roger Stone, as well as Maria Butina, who pleaded guilty in December, and her boyfriend Paul Erickson, charged earlier this month. Even Trump’s former personal attorney, Michael Cohen, and former campaign manager, Paul Manafort, could reveal new information after sentencing.”
The Democrats put all of their eggs in Mueller’s basket and will come up short as a result. With Jeff “Mr. Magoo” Sessions no longer holding the post of Attorney General hostage on behalf of the deep state, Mueller can no longer conduct his senseless witch hunt at the taxpayer’s expense.
The left should learn a hard lesson from this instance, but they won’t. They will just rush headlong into the next lie concocted by the warmongers and globalists in order to prevent America from being great again.
