For Her Inability to Define a Woman, Rand Paul Questions Ketanji Brown Jackson’s Legal Credentials

A country where its political leaders cannot get their genders straight is one that does not deserve to exist.

The nomination of Ketanji Brown Jackson to the Supreme Court has shown the entire country how deluded certain segments of the Left have become on issues concerning the two sexes.

Kentucky Senator Rand Paul is aghast at how KBJ was incapable of answering Tennessee Senator Marsha Blackburn’s simple question on what defines a woman.

In an episode of Newsmax TV’s “Spicer & Co,” Senator Paul expressed his disbelief about KBJ’s inability to define what a woman is.

Paul believes that KBJ’s inability to respond to such a simple question constitutes a major red flag for a prospective justice on the Supreme Court. As Jeff Poor of Breitbart News noted, this could be a “challenge for a potential justice on the high court to rule on Title IX cases or women’s athletics.”

“[M]y main objection has been to her sort of inability to answer even the simplest questions,” Paul stated. “You know, Senator [Marsha] Blackburn asked her a question and said, ‘Can you define a woman?’ Well, if you’re not even willing to answer that question and many of the questions she has been unwilling to answer — if you can’t answer the question, ‘What is a woman?’ or the definition of a woman, how is she going to adjudicate Title IX cases that have to do with women or women in sports? How is she going to adjudicate whether a boy who swims for [the University of Pennsylvania] can all of a sudden switch and pretend to be a girl and swim on the girls’ team?”

“She’s not going to be able to adjudicate any of these things, or perhaps she is telegraphing us that she is going to be able to adjudicate them in such that you can be whatever you feel like you want to be that day, which will lead to a ruination of women’s sports and lead to really chaos in women’s sports and women’s athletics,” Paul added. “I mean, what kind of bizarre world are we living in now that the woman of the year is really a man that has had some kind of surgery to remove their secondary sexual characteristics. That’s the woman of the year we’re supposed to be celebrating? What about real women? We’re not going to celebrate real women who are doing amazing in our country in every occupation you can imagine?”

“We’re going to let men who now think they’re women get women’s prizes?” Paul concluded. “I mean, that’s just an amazing insult. I mean, if she can’t define women, I think she’s going to be part of the problem.

It cannot be stressed enough. The US is reaching a point of civilizational disappearance. Demographic destroying mass migration projects combined with the managerial state’s attempt to reconstruct sexual norms will undoubtedly make the Historic American Nation disappear into the ether if no one puts a stop to the Left’s insane social projects.

Paul is right to question KBJ’s judgment. However, that’s not enough. It’s time that the Right take back institutions, starting at the local and business level, and work to politically and economically shun people who push radically leftist causes.

Bad behavior has to be punished. There comes a point when debate and convincing people about the virtues of our ideas no longer suffices as a viable strategy to restore order. It’s time for the enemies of civilization to feel the pain.
