While Republicans are moaning about human rights being abused in countries like China, Iran, and Russia, the US is experiencing its very own civil liberties crisis at home.
Roughly 800 demonstrators from the January 6 storming of the Capitol have been imprisoned, with a significant number of them being subjected to solitary confinement and abuse by prison guards.
Few Republican officials have talked about the treatment of these prisoners. Save for Georgia Congresswoman Marjorie Taylor Greene. She tweeted on March 30, 2022:

Towards the end of last year, Congresswoman Greene previously held a press conference at the DC jail that addressed the treatment of January 6 prisoners. She was joined by Texas Congressman Louie Gohmert, Florida Congressman Matt Gaetz, and Virginia Congressman Bob Good.
It’s sad to see Americans be deprived of civil liberties, while the political class obsesses over the rights of people in far off lands. That’s the M.O. of the Global American Empire, which cares more about foreigners than Americans.
Marjorie Taylor Greene is one of the last champions of the Historic American Nation at the federal level. Liberty conservatives should look up to her as an example to follow. She’s one of the few elected officials who has the right political priorities — one of many reasons why the political establishment hates her.
