Rhonda Seth, the candidate for Texas House District 25, received a major endorsement from former Congressman Ron Paul on February 4, 2020.
Seth is the liberty conservative candidate in this race.
Originally, Seth was slated to challenge corrupt House Speaker Dennis Bonnen in the Republicans primaries.
However, thanks to several scandals Bonnen was mired in, he ended up deciding to not seek re-election in 2020.
On Facebook, Seth posted, “I am humbled and honored to receive the endorsement of a great man, a champion for smaller government, transparency, and liberty – especially here in his former district. I promise to work hard to be true to Texas values. Just as he never wavered on principle, I aim to do the same for the people of Brazoria and Matagorda counties.”
Seth’s district is within the district that Paul formerly represented, Congressional district 14. It is currently represented by Republican Randy Weber.
An endorsement of this kind only solidifies Seth’s credentials heading into the 2020 elections. She is the only choice for liberty conservatives residing in the 25th district. Should Seth win, the movement for Constitutional Carry in Texas will receive a major boost.
This is one race that liberty conservatives should have on their radar.
