Justin Amash Apologizes to Rand Paul After Libertarian Party Ridicules Him in Classless Tweet

Rep. Justin Amash (L-MI) is departing from his new political party, which has ridiculed Sen. Rand Paul (R-KY) as he and his family have been attacked by the radical Left.

After Paul was accosted by a vicious leftist mob outside of the RNC last month with his wife in tow, the Libertarian Party (LP) official account made fun of the constitutionally sound lawmaker and downplayed the ANTIFA/Black Lives Matter terror.

“Rand Paul is afraid somebody on the sidewalk might yell at him,” a Twitter user wrote.

“SHHHH. You might spook him,” the LP responded condescendingly.

Amash disavowed the LP’s comments in a tweet, venerating Paul as the Senate’s premier champion for the cause of liberty even though the men may diverge in their political strategy these days.

Liberty Conservative News has reported on Amash leaving the Republican Party and joining the Libertarians after contradicting Paul and going with the deep state on the Russia-gate hoax and impeachment coup:

After Rep. Justin Amash (R-MI) claimed President Trump was guilty of “impeachable conduct” because of the contents of the Mueller report over the weekend, Sen. Rand Paul (R-KY) has blasted the Mueller report as the “antithesis of libertarianism.”

“I actually think the libertarian position on the investigation is ― you know, libertarians, we’ve been very, very critical of the intelligence community having too much power, including congressman Amash has said, you know, really you should have to get a warrant before you get an American’s records,” Paul said in an interview with HuffPost on Wednesday.

Paul and his iconic father, former Texas Congressman Ron Paul, have devoted their entire lives to pushing back against what is known popularly today as the “deep state” ― an unelected permanent bureaucracy that exerts power in the shadows to maintain the continuity of the status quo regardless of the will of the people.

The report issued by FBI spook Robert Mueller and its underlying investigation have set the precedent for unelected bureaucrats to essentially overturn a lawful election if they find the outcome unpalatable. This is not a good outcome for liberty, Paul explains.

“[It is] in abuse of intelligence power consistent with what libertarians have been complaining about for a long time,” Paul said.

Amash did the right thing by contradicting his new party’s establishment to stand for his long-time friend. However, he may be coming to the realization that he has made a colossal mistake by joining the embarrassing and moribund Libertarians.
