Thomas Massie Calls Out Bill Gates’ Anti-Meat Agenda

Of all of America’s billionaire oligarchs, Bill Gates sticks out in terms of his enthusiastic support for degenerate globalist causes.

One of those is his call for eliminating beef consumption. In an interview he did last year with Technology Review, Gates talked about how rich nations should tackle “climate change” by replacing beef consumption with plant-based meat products

In this conversation with Technology Review, Gates talked about his new book, “How to Avoid a Climate Disaster,” and stressed the benefits of moving to “100% synthetic beef” for rich nations.

“I do think all rich countries should move to 100% synthetic beef,” Gates remarked. He was responding to questions about how countries can lower methane emissions with regards to food production. “You can get used to the taste difference, and the claim is they’re going to make it taste even better over time.”

The founder of Microsoft hopes that a shift to plant-based proteins will contribute in the fight to reduce methane emissions that livestock produces.

“Impossible and Beyond have a road map, a quality road map and a cost road map, that makes them totally competitive,” Gates declared, making a reference to prominent plant-based meat companies. “As for scale today, they don’t represent 1% of the meat in the world, but they’re on their way.”

Kentucky Congressman Thomas Massie reacted to Gates’ statements with great anger. In a tweet thread, Massie declared, “Bill Gates is an elitist who thinks governments should control people ‘beneath’ him like livestock.”

Massie added, “Bill Gates is also a menace to free and self-sufficient people. Forcing people to eat only synthetic food, using government regulation, means only corporations can prepare it. People would not be able to raise food themselves. That’s fine if it’s a choice. It’s slavery otherwise.”

He concluded the thread by pointing out Gates’ suspicious relationship with Jeffrey Epstein:

“Not a man to be trusted with your food supply or anything else for that matter:

‘And unlike many others, Mr. Gates started the relationship after Mr. Epstein was convicted of sex crimes.’”

It’s good to see liberty conservatives like Massie call out oligarchs. Bill Gates was once a man who demonstrated entrepreneurial prowess and improved people’s lives through the creation of Microsoft. However, since he retired from corporate life, he has descended down the dark alley of becoming a huge booster for globalism and other anti-social causes.

America needs a new class of entrepreneurs who not only build businesses that improve our lives but also build institutions that preserve the Historic American Nation and real value to our lives. Peter Thiel and Elon Musk are perhaps the only people that hit those checkmarks. Gates, on the other hand, is in the same league of oligarchs like Michael Bloomberg, George Soros, and Tom Steywer who labor to undermine the American nation.

These individuals merit our complete scorn.
